As per AUPE Policy 16-4, members and former members who are deceased can be recognized on the Obituaries page of the AUPE website. Please fill out the information below to submit your request to the Executive Office.

Please note that AUPE is subject to the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Consent for the obituary to be published on the AUPE website must be given by the individual responsible for arranging the member's funeral.
